Our three bedroom, two bathroom, private villa, with its own heated pool, is available for your holiday in the sun, for up to six people, in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen, on the beautiful Canarian island of Lanzarote.

If you are looking for a relaxing villa holiday, or something a bit more lively, or a mixture of both, then Villa Rosa is the ideal accommodation for you.  We are in the relaxing resort of Matagorda, which has a selection of bars, shops and restaurants and an excellent fine sandy beach, yet the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen is just down the road.

The ground floor has a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen alongside a solana with washing machine and dishwasher, a twin bedroom and full bathroom.

The first floor has the master double bedroom with king size bed and balcony, a twin bedroom with large balcony/sun terrace also accessible from the landing, and a full bathroom.

Outside we have a patio for sunbathing and alfresco dining with a 6m x 3m private electrically heated pool.  This area enjoys the sunshine virtually all day.
