my family of 2 adults and three teenage children stayed at villa rosa over the october half term late oct 2011 and were very very pleased with villa rosa it has everything you could possibly require for a family holiday with three teenagers,

it is very clean and tidy and well maintained and has plenty of space to accomodate everyone,

the heated pool was a big hit with the kids and there is plenty of inflatables and things to keep the kids occupied, we found having the free wifi most usefull as well as sky tv, not that we watched much of it.

it was our first visit to the island and we will definitely be revisiting again and staying at villa rosa and recommending it to our friends and family.

Many thanks for this and previous posts and we're really glad people enjoy the inflatables and pool toys etc. When we visit Villa Rosa ourselves, which might be 3 or 4 times per year, we normally buy a few inflatables to top up what's there and replace what's gone but we can't always guarantee what is present - inflatables invariably deflate and don't always get replaced immediately. However, many visitors buy things like this themselves and kindly leave them for the benefit of others so, although we probably provided those mentioned in these posts, others are there due to the kindness of previous guests.

My family and I stayed at Villa Rosa for a week from 13th October. We had a fantastic time and the villa was a home from home with everything possible supplied. We normally make a trip to the shops to buy pool and beach toys but they were all supplied. The villa manual was very comprehensive and the villa was immaculately presented. The location of the villa was great. It was peaceful and within easy walking distance from a supermarket where the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fresh rolls every morning! The owner was very helpful and accommodating and we would definitely recommend this villa.

Had 10 lovely days in this villa. It has everything that you ever need for your holiday. Only a short walk to the local ammenities and a 10 min taxi ride from the airport. Would definately stay here again and would recomend this villa to anyone.

My family and I stayed at Villa Rosa last week. We booked it over the net so were a bit worried if it would be of a high standard. I should never have worried! The Villa was more than we expected. It was spotless clean and just as comfortable as home. It had every mod con that you would need and more. It was within walking distance of the beach and the Matagorda shopping centre. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of pool toys for my boys to play with. It was just so homely. I'd have no hesitatation in recommending it to anyone who was looking for somewhere special to stay. I'm already looking forward to next years visit there!!

A very nice property to stay at and in a peaceful location, yet only a short stroll to all the amenities. Found to be clean and tidy on arrival with heaps of helpful information. Would recommend to everyone
