Our three bedroom, two bathroom, private villa, with its own heated pool, is available for your self-catering holiday in the sun, for up to six people, in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen, on the beautiful Canarian island of Lanzarote.

If you are looking for a relaxing villa holiday, or something a bit more lively, or a mixture of both, then Villa Rosa is the ideal accommodation for you.  We are in the relaxing resort of Matagorda, which has a selection of bars, shops and restaurants and an excellent fine sandy beach, yet the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen is just down the road.

The ground floor has a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen alongside a solana with washing machine and dishwasher, a twin bedroom and full bathroom.

The first floor has the master double bedroom with king size bed and balcony, a twin bedroom with large balcony/sun terrace also accessible from the landing, and a full bathroom.

Outside we have a patio for sunbathing and alfresco dining with a 6m x 3m private electrically heated pool.  This area enjoys the sunshine virtually all day.
