Externally we have a patio for sunbathing and alfresco dining, and a 6m x 3m private heated pool.  The pool depth ranges from 0.9m to 1.8m.  This area enjoys the sunshine virtually all day.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall leading to the lounge and dining area.

This open plan area has two sofas, a dining table that can extend to seat up to six people and a television system with satellite TV receiver, video player, DVD player, digital terrestrial TV receiver and an IPTV receiver.  **Our IPTV uses SlingStream™ technology to stream live television from the UK to Villa Rosa over the Internet.  Contact us if you would like more information about our television systems.

The lounge also has a music centre for CDs and audio tapes along with a radio.

The hallway also leads to a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which includes a full electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and lots of everyday kitchen items.  The kitchen has a further table for four people.

Leading from the kitchen we have an outdoor solana with dishwasher, washing machine and drying area.

Also on the ground floor we have a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet.

From the lounge, the open staircase leads to a first floor landing.

On the first floor we have the master double bedroom, a further twin bedroom, a full bathroom and sun terrace.

The double bedroom has a king size bed and a west facing balcony overlooking the pool.  Looking north, we have a wonderful view of the distant mountains, and looking south we can see the sea.

A second larger balcony and sun terrace is accessible from the first floor the landing, as well as directly from the twin bedroom.

The first floor bathroom has a full bath with shower, twin wash basins, toilet and bidet.

Towels are provided for all guests for indoor use.  There is a weekly maid service, which includes a villa clean and full linen and towel change for guests staying longer than a week.  There is also a mid-week towel change.

Guests should provide their own towels for beach and pool use.

Villa Rosa is cleaned and managed for us, in Lanzarote, by Laprima S.L., Property Management.

Laprima looks after the property and looks after our guests, providing local advice and a 24 hour local contact if the need arises.
